Do you have a passion for food, creativity and a thorough knowledge of Asian cooking techniques? Are you looking to share your great talents with the rest of America? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
Culinary Battles encourages experienced chefs who demonstrate an innovative approach to traditional Asian dishes to apply for the Los Angeles or Atlantic City qualifying events. Applications being accepted now through December 16, 2013!
Watch this video to see who was tough enough to compete in last year’s Culinary Battles! With only a short time to prepare their dishes, TV cameras and celebrity chefs everywhere, the pressure was so high in the kitchen you didn’t even need a rice cooker!
There were hundreds of applicants - we chose only the best of the best to compete in the regional cook-offs held in Chicago, Philadelphia and Atlantic City.
Who’s to judge? Last year, many celebrity chefs judged the competition including Maneet Chauhan of Chopped (Food Network); Justin Antiorio and Barbie Marshall of Hell’s Kitchen: Season 10 (FOX); Caesars’ own chef Anthony Amoroso of Iron Chef America (Food Network); and legendary Asian fusion master chef and personality Joseph Poon.
Tune in NOW by following Culinary Battles on your favorite social media sites! We will be asking YOU to vote for this year’s winner!
